The Stations

At each gratitude dojo, you get to practice gratefulness at 12 different gratitude stations. Some are social where you can (if you like) meet and talk with others around the topic. Others are silent, where you have opportunity to sit and quietly turn inward into the blessings of your life. Here are two examples of the 12 gratitude stations:
