“It’s easy in life to fixate on what’s not working or where we fall short. After those two hours of the gratitude dojo, I feel so strong and uplifted.

WOW! The gratitude dojo was a transformational experience. We’ve been practicing being grateful for years. But the collective energy of a group of people participating together increased the joy and power of our experience. We saw things we had not seen before and were able to drop deeper into our hearts and actually be filled with grace.

A beautiful and gracious evening, where a human can get her gratitude on in a series of self guided gratitude reflections.

I did my first gratitude dojo at a really challenging moment, one where it looked like my relationship of 8 years was about to end. One of the exercises at the dojo asked me to show gratitude for my relationship -- a hard task given the incredibly challenging circumstances. Working through the exercise, I was able to feel and express gratitude for my partner and the difficult lessons being handed to us. The dojo helped me turn up the compassion and turn down the anger, creating space to move through these changes in a more productive light.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the gratitude dojo but as soon as I arrived I knew I was in the right place. I felt welcomed but not pressured so I was able to move at my own pace. This allowed me to sink into a place of deeper understanding and integration. What I gained was a new, clearer recognition of what is most meaningful to me - my community, my work, the quiet moments between activity, among other things - and how to nurture my energy for all of these parts of my life. I look forward to the next one.

Well “produced” at every level. A super classy exercise in personal growth and community. Great people, great community, all working to find personal expressions of gratitude to fuel their lives. I loved that the whole experience was accessible to both introverts and extroverts. A rare find.

I thought I was practicing gratitude, but after the gratitude dojo, I began to feel a deeper sense of gratitude’s power. The experience of the dojo moved me from a superficial practice to one that I feel in my cells and being. I now understand the transformational nature of gratitude.

I used to believe that I had a block around money and abundance but after participating in the dojo, I realized how abundant I am financially and that I actually have flow with money and not a block!
