Create Meaning, Joy, and Connection with Employee Campaigns

“I did the Appreciation Effect with my colleagues. The daily appreciations were a surprisingly profound mirror of my best impact on my colleagues - both personal and professional - that touched me deeply. Thank you for the opportunity to soak that in. I also loved the opportunity to think about my colleagues and express appreciations for them.”

Bring forth the best in your employees by having them acknowledge the best in each other! The Appreciation Effect increases employee engagement, retention, and connection - especially with remote work. We know - that’s how The Appreciation Effect started. Once we did it on our workplace, we wanted to bring to out into the world.

“Feeling the support of my colleagues made me want to do even more for them. Their feelings of appreciation made me enjoy my job that much more!”

We’ll make this process easy for you and meaningful for them.

In a survey of our colleagues participating in our workplace appreciation campaign:

  • 100% agreed or strongly agreed that it created joy for them.

  • 100% agreed or strongly agreed that it made them feel seen and acknowledged.

  • 83% agreed or strongly agreed that it gave them more meaning at work.

  • 100% agreed or strongly agreed that they felt more connected to their colleagues.

1. Start

Start an Appreciation Campaign at work by contacting us. We’ll want to know the size of your group, how long you want the campaign to last, and when you want to start.

2. Share

We’ll customize a group campaign for you, making it easy to share a form with each employee. Everyone writes Appreciation Notes for their colleagues.

3. Sit Back

We do the rest! We collect the Notes and send one per day to each of your employees. It will strengthen their sense of meaning, joy, and connection at work!
